Role Delineation of Hospitals, Hong Kong - Appointed by the Hospital
Authority, Hong Kong, to develop a planning model (role delineation)
for all government hospitals. Health Solutions was responsible
for identification of the key information required for strategic
assessment and resource allocation decisions.
2. India
Sir Edward Dunlop Hospitals - Health Solutions played a major
role as co-promoter of the development of a chain of 56 Health
care facilities in India, all of which had Foreign Investment
Board approval.
Oberoi Hospital, New Delhi - Health Solutions undertook a detailed
feasibility assessment for the Oberoi Hotel Group to establish
a luxury hospital in New Delhi.
3 . Indonesia
Health Solutions completed a feasibility study on a turnkey proposal
to Plan, Develop and Operate a Private Hospital in Cilegon, Indonesia.
4 . Malaysia
Selangor Medical Centre - Health Solutions played key role in
the development of this 260-bedded hospital from greenfield site
to a functioning hospital. This project illustrates the knowledge
of the firm in planning, functional specifications, policy formulation,
equipping, commissioning and ensuring effective operation of all
elements of a hospital.
Quality Assurance - Malaysian Private Hospital Association - This
project involved development of internationally accepted accreditation
standards for private hospital in Malaysia. It demonstrates a
full knowledge of ensuring quality in all aspects of hospital
services.
NLFCS (Bukit Beruntung Development) - A full feasibility assessment
has been undertaken for the development and operation of a private
ospital for this client.
Acmar - Klang Valley - Health Solutions provided the initial planning
of the Bandar Baru Klang Medical Centre (BBKMC) developed in the
Klang Valley. Works included the review of plans to ensure appropriate
functional relationships of all hospital departments, and optimal
operating efficiency parameters.
5 . Saudi Arabia
King Kahlid Hospital - Health Solutions conducted a whole of hospital
review, addressing all departments of the hospital.
Ministry of Defence and Aviation (MODA) Hospital - Health Solutions
participated in the operational management of three MODA - AI
Hada Hospitals.
